At Phoenix RG we are offering variety of gymnastics classes through the week and during weekend at our North London venues: Enfield Grammar school and Edmonton county school. All classes designed to offer flexible developmental paths for gymnasts showing potential and achieving great results. We encourage all gymnasts to do their best and our coaches always recognise great effort and progress. London Phoenix RG aims to offer all our gymnasts different options to progress to the highest levels.

Classes descriptions

Phoenix RG Recreational classes: designed to develop basic body skills such as strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. During these sessions children will also be introduced to different apparatus handling such as balls, hoops ribbons, and ropes.

Phoenix RG Competitive Squads: designed to provide developmental paths for gymnasts showing potential to move to competitive level. Squad gymnasts prepared to take part at London Regional and National events representing Phoenix RG club.

Places in the Squad team are offered only by the Phoenix RG Head Coach following a successful assessment. Squad team based at Edmonton County School and expected to be train up to 4 time a week.
